A New Jersey Blackboard Conference Day for the WebCt Community- March 11, 2008

Important event in March....no- it's not just "March Madness"- It's Blackboard's New Jersey only meeting for clients running legacy WebCt solutions! This 1 day conference is being co-sponsored by NJEdge and Raritan Valley Community College on March 11th from 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM. The agenda will focus on the Higher Education Market trends we face each day and how Blackboard's new offerings and services will address these challenges.

Blackboard is making a multi-million dollar investment in Client Support, ASP and Product Development to ensure support of our client’s growing needs. Hear about our focus on:
  • Improving business processes to deliver a simpler, more consistent model for engaging with our clients
  • Infrastructure investments made in order to provide, more data-driven decisions and serve our clients better.
  • A new Client Success Advisory Committee to advise us and provide strategic input
  • “back to school” programs and other activities that will help our clients better prepare to manage their system during upcoming peak periods.
