General Information
The NJEDge.Net Network Advisory Board is planning a major two-day IT Conference
event at the Merrill Lynch Conference Center (Princeton, NJ) on October
30 & 31st. (Pre-conference meetings and opening reception will take place
in the afternoon of October 29th.)
This will be a major kickoff event for NJEDge.Net and will provide live
demonstrations highlighting the resources and capabilities of the network.
- Who Will Attend

The conference will be attended by administrators and decision makers
from colleges and universities throughout New Jersey. Those attending
will include Administrative Vice Presidents, Provosts, Chief Information
Officers, Head Librarians, network managers, deans, financial officers,
technical leaders in video, data, and eLearning, and faculty who serve
the State's 400,000 students.
- Exhibitors

Twenty Five + exhibitors ranging from course management systems to
video to data to networking will have ample opportunity to display
their wares before the higher education community. Exhibitors can
purchase showroom space, a break out room, sponsor a meal or a break.

The Merill Lynch Conference and training Center is near Princeton
New Jersey. The facility features high technology exhibit space and
meeting rooms, fine dining and superior accommodations in a relaxing
setting.
Every sleeping room has guest amenities provided for your convenience
includig an iron and ironing board, blowdryer and cosmetic mirror.
All guestrooms phones feature voicemail and data ports. Wireless Internet
will be available within the conference center (not the hotel sleeping
rooms.)

Cancellation policy: All cancellations as of October 15 will have a 50 penalty. Any cancellations as of Oct 20th will have a $100 penalty. NO CANCELLATIONS AS OF Oct 22nd.
