NJEDge.Net

      NJEDge.Net is a non-profit corporation of the New Jersey Presidents' Council, which operates a broadband statewide network designed to enhance the missions of instruction, research and public service of New Jersey's colleges and universities.

      The Network has a range of capabilities, resources and services which offer economies of scale, provide expanded opportunities for integrating emerging technologies, and promote new forms of inter-institutional collaboration.

     This private, statewide infrastructure supports high performance data and video capabilities across the state and extends the reach of higher education to off-campus learners, K-12, corporate and community constituents.

 

Conference Location

 

     The Merill Lynch Conference and training Center is near Princeton New Jersey. The facility features high technology exhibit space and meeting rooms, fine dining and superior accommodations in a relaxing setting.

 

Who Will Attend

 

     The conference will be attended by administrators and decision makers from colleges and universities throughout New Jersey. Those attending will include Administrative Vice Presidents, Provosts, Chief Information Officers, Head Librarians, network managers, deans, financial officers, technical leaders in video, data, and eLearning, and faculty who serve the State's 400,000 students.

Exhibitor Accommodations

 

     NJEDge.Net has reserved a block of rooms at a preferred rate for exhibitors to maximize your opportunities to network with current and  prospective customers.

 

Registration Fee

Exhibitors’ staff must register and pay the applicable fee if they intend to participate in breakfast, dinner and the evening banquet portion of the conference.

Exhibitor Hours
Wednesday  -- as of 3pm exhibitors can begin to set up but there is no exhibit time on Wednesday. From 9pm - 10pm there will be an ice cream social.  Exhibitors are welcome.

Thursday 10:20 exhibits open thru 6 or 7 pm. If the reception is in a separate location then end at 6. There is nothing competing with exhibitors time -- 10:20 - 10:35, 11:20 - 11:35, 1:00 - 2:00, 4:15 - 6:00               

Friday 8:30 - 2:30
There is nothing competing with exhibitors time -- 9 - 9:30, 12:30 - 1:30.  The rest of the time during the day the registrants will choose between sessions and the exhibit area.

Our main exhibit booths will be 10 foot table and our bridge booths will be 5 foot table.
Please note that only wireless internet access is available at the conference center.

”Bridge” Exhibitors at the $400 level will receive

 

·       5 foot table for the entire 2.5 day conference

·       Access to 30 to 35 colleges and universities at this conference (People attending have acquisition decision making authority or influence these decisions)

During the conference, a company may choose to chair its own session to provide information or demonstrations.  Contact njedge@njedge.net for more information.

·       It is available at three different times for a 45 minute concurrent session which will be part of the conference schedule

·       The company presentation or demonstration must be approved by the NJEDge.Net Annual Conference Exhibitor Committee to insure that it is consistent with the overall conference
