General Information

The NJEDge.Net second annual two-day IT Conference event at the Harrison Conference Center in Plainsboro NJ (formerly the Merrill Lynch Conference Center) will be held on October 12-13, 2004. (Pre-conference meetings and early registration will take place in the afternoon of October 11th.)
This is our annual major event and includes live demonstrations highlighting the resources and capabilities of the network.

Who Will Attend

The conference is designed for faculty, administrators, and decision makers from colleges and universities throughout New Jersey. Those attending will include Administrative Vice Presidents, Provosts, Chief Information Officers, Head Librarians, network managers, deans, financial officers, technical leaders in video, data, and eLearning, and faculty who serve the State's 400,000 students.

Exhibitors

Twenty Five + exhibitors will demonstrate the latest academic course management systems and state of the art technology solutions ranging from video to data to networking. Exhibitors can participate at different levels ranging from showroom space, a break out room for presentations, or sponsoring meal and breaks.

Conference Location (Directions)

The Harrison Conference Center (formerly the Merrill Lynch Conference Center) is near Princeton, New Jersey. The facility features high technology exhibit space and meeting rooms, fine dining and superior accommodations in a relaxing setting. There's an outdoor running track and an indoor pool and gym facilities. The second floor of the conference center has three public computers.

Every sleeping room has guest amenities provided for your convenience including an iron and ironing board, blowdryer and cosmetic mirror. All guestrooms phones feature voicemail and are hard wired for Internet access.. NJEDge.Net will provide Wireless Internet at no aditional charge within the conference center.

We have just added more breakout sessions and exhibits so we are extending registration till October 6th.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations before September 22 will have a $50 penalty. Any cancellations as of September 25th will have a 50% penalty.
