Biography: Gil Santaliz

Mr. Gil Santaliz is the President and founding member of 4Connections, a leading dark fiber provider in the New York, New Jersey metro area. As the President of 4Connections, Mr. Santaliz provides strategic vision, direction and 20 years of management expertise to the Company.

Prior to founding 4Connections, Mr. Santaliz was the General Manager and Executive of Telergy Mid-Atlantic, a Joint Venture company between GPU Telcom and Telergy; a metro-fiber infrastructure company servicing the enterprise market in New Jersey.

Previously, Mr. Santaliz was Vice President of Business Development at iCentennial Ventures, a New York-based Internet Incubator, where he developed partner relationships with Arthur Anderson, Ariba and Honeywell, KPMG, Oracle, Comdisco, Anderson Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1998, Mr. Santaliz served as a Director for the Williams Retail Services Company, where he spearheaded the company’s Mid-Atlantic efforts to combine energy and communications and manage all aspects of the sales and customer service organization. Earlier in his career, he served as Director at PSE&G’s unregulated subsidiary, Energis, and was the Business Development Manager for MCI Communications Business Markets in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Santaliz received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. Originally from New York City, he lives with his wife and daughter in Montville, New Jersey.
