Joseph Konopka is the Dean of Information Technology for the North Brunswick, NJ campus of DeVry University. His is responsible for addressing the technology needs of the campus in this Senior IT executive role for DeVry. He has over 14 years of experience in technology, serving 10 years in an academic environment as both a manager and faculty member. Mr. Konopka holds an MBA with a concentration in MIS degree from St. Peter’s College located in NJ and a Masters of Science in Information Systems degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He is also currently pursuing a PhD degree in Information Systems from NJIT. His main interests include promoting the role of technology within the strategic planning process for improved organizational performance. Mr. Konopka is also an active member of the New Jersey Technology Council, the Association for Information Systems, and the American Management Academy (AMA).
