Low-residency nursing programs are growing in popularity as students' needs for flexibility and the nursing shortage continue to impact health care and higher education. This session presents highlights of original and professional course materials along with the lessons learned by faculty who have designed and delivered hybrid nursing courses on the Associate level.

Biography: Leah Kelly

Leah Kelly holds a doctoral degree in cognitive learning theory and instructional design, and has taught all levels of nursing courses at Ocean County College. She led the production and design of rich media materials for this project.
