Abstract

Dark Fiber & Higher Education: Options and Opportunities

Come and hear both the vision and the reality of planning and implementing dark fiber projects. The panel is made up of experienced professionals who have evaluated the economic development impact, educational value, and statewide opportunities inherent in dark fiber initiatives.
