Verizon is presently a technology provider of the custom telecommunications infrastructure for the NJEDge.Net data and video backbone. The remote backup and restore service will leverage this backbone more effectively by adding services over your existing infrastructure that will benefit all NJEDge.Net members. With Verizon Information Technologies LLC (Verizon IT) as your provider, your educational institutions will be able to grow their core services with minimal concern for their remote data backup services. Your Verizon IT account management team will be responsible for the availability of your remote backup and restore service, and will oversee the support that your end users receive.
