Nadine is responsible for Information Technology, Records and Registration, Student Financial Services and the Center for Institutional Effectiveness. Nadine has advanced computing in support of student services at The College, with the introduction of web based services for students and faculty, and has led the implementation of PeopleSoft/Oracle software products for financial, human resource and student administration systems.

A member of the President’s cabinet at TCNJ, Nadine serves on the Critical Incident Team, the President’s Climate Commitment Committee, the Advising Planning Council and the Committee on Planning and Priorities.

Nadine is active in EDUCAUSE having served on the Ryland Fellowship Committee, the Mid Atlantic Regional Conference Program Committee, and AGEISS (Advisory Group for Enterprise Information Systems and Services) serving as chair of that Group in the 2006-2007 year. She is the co-author of the Educause research bulletin entitled “PrintSense: Making Sense of Print Management”, and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for NJEDge.Net and is past chair of the CIO group. Nadine is the co-chair of the Policy Issues and Institutional Strategic Planning track of this year’s annual conference.

Nadine received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Sociology from Binghamton University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Vermont.
