Abstract Project Governance at Princeton University: Prioritizing and Scheduling our IT Initiatives Session II, Thursday 10:30 to 11:30 Colin Currie, Director, Administrative Information Services, Princeton University Over the last several years Princeton University has adopted and refined a collaborative process for identifying, structuring, prioritizing, and scheduling all of our enterprise systems projects. We have a three-tiered approach that engages functional users, process and policy owners, and senior executives to collaboratively agree on the enterprise system priorities for the University. The best part is, it works extremely well.
