NJEDge.Net Conference 5.0 will offer more benefits for exhibitors:

• The exhibit area is more accessible because it is now situated
   above the Willows Dining room.
   The traffic to the exhibition area is more open.

• The coffee breaks will be in the exhibition area ensuring a wider
   flow of participants who are between sessions.

• The pricing remains the same.

• When sponsoring a meal or break we will provide tent cards
   bearing the logo, web address and main contact to be
   prominently displayed at the tables or stations.

• There are two dedicated vendor breakout sessions allowing the
   exhibitor the opportunity to present product, application,
   message more thoroughly.

• The general floor plan for the meeting is more centrally
   concentrated making the action confine to a dedicated area.

Conference Location

The Wyndham Conference and Hotel is in Plainsboro, New Jersey near Princeton. The facility features high technology exhibit space and meeting rooms, fine dining and superior accommodations in a relaxing setting. Wireless access is available throughout the conference center and wired access is available upon request.

The exhibitor’s space is Palmer Square directly above the Willows Dining Room on the main floor. It is central to all the meeting rooms on the first floor.

Registration Fee
Exhibitors' staff must register and pay the applicable fee if they intend to participate in breakfast, dinner and the evening banquet portion of the conference and attend any of the conference meetings and presentations. The preferred rate for the conference hotel includes access to the meetings and all meals.

Wednesday - Setup from 3pm - 6pm. (At 9pm, Wednesday, there will be an opening social . Exhibitors are welcome.)
Thursday - Exhibit open: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday - Exhibit open: 8:30am - 4:00pm
