Invite by URL
You can invite participants to join you in an online e-meeting by simply copying and pasting the invitation URL into an email or sent by instant messenger. If the invite URL is not displaying just click "invite" next to the e-meeting room.
All the receiver has to do is double-click on this URL and they will be brought right into the e-meeting room. Note that these URLs can be used in any application such as Blackboard, WebCT, SCT Luminis, Sakai, Moodle, websites, etc.
