From November 11-14, 2004 NJPAC's "Alternate Routes World Festival" presented "Planet Hip-Hop 2," a four-day, international Hip-Hop festival that includes appearances by Doug E. Fresh, Flo Brown, Ras Baraka, Miguel Algarin, and other leading Hip-Hop artists.
